That’s why there are two types of AGA cast-iron cookers you can choose from.  Both cook by using radiant heat, however, the Everyday Radiant Heat model is more flexible, and can be switched on and off as required, whereas the 24/7 Radiant Heat model is designed to always be on and ready to cook.
